I create authentic Indian, Sri Lankan, and Japanese curry sauces with a selection of side dishes from my home kitchen, inspired by extensive travels across India and, most recently, Sri Lanka. I’ve spent time cooking with local chefs in their own kitchens, learning how to balance spices and, most importantly, when to add them to release layers of flavour in every mouthful. Italy is next!

 

Everything is made with fresh ingredients – including some foraged and picked in Knoydart – with no preservatives, then frozen for freshness. My range includes single‑portion meals (300g) and double‑portion sauces (400g). Most products are gluten free, with vegan and vegetarian options across the range.

 

As the sauces are designed for customers to simply add their choice of meat or vegetables, they feel like a natural fit alongside your butchery. I would love the opportunity to discuss how my sauces could complement your meats and offer your customers an easy, high‑quality meal solution.

 

TAKE IT AWAY is approved by Highland Council in line with the Food Safety Act 1990 and Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
